Hey, I’m Steven — your personal coach for strength, confidence, and long-term health. I help high-achieving women and younger adults build sustainable habits, improve their nutrition, and train smarter — all while creating a lifestyle they can actually enjoy. Years ago, I was stuck chasing short-term fixes. I struggled with poor sleep, bad habits, and inconsistent results. But through discipline, education, and trial-and-error, I transformed my approach — and my identity. Now I coach people who are ready to do the same. Beyond Fitness

I run a Discord community called Ultimate Fitness Challenge.

I started this community to help and motivate people for free. We now have over 700 members!

I host weekly and monthly health/fitness challenges to help people build better habits through competition and accountability. We’ve helped countless people who come here with questions, completely for free.

We also do fun events like weekly calls, movie nights, and general discussion.
